About Us
Hi, we’re Prosure360 and we’re looking for an energetic individual to join us on a temporary basis as a Client Service Manager. If you haven’t heard about us before, we are part of the larger Marlowe SRC group, specialising in Risk Mitigation for businesses across the country.

Prosure360 is a pioneering digital platform, providing an innovative supply chain management system that facilitates the certification of contractors and suppliers for Health and Safety, ESG and Insurance. We continue to grow after breaking the mould in Supply Chain Management due to our highly flexible, easy-to-use products for Clients and Service Providers.

About the Role
Our Client Service Manager role is an all-rounder position, where you’ll support clients throughout their Prosure360 journey; from set up and onboarding, to query resolution and even marketing to Clients’ supply chains.

You’ll build strong connections with our new clients, which will aid in delivering a smooth onboarding process. Over time, you’ll grow your Client relationships and take ownership of any queries, providing a supportive voice throughout, no matter the medium, escalating to the Technical Manager where appropriate. You’ll co-ordinate with Clients and distribute information as required, ensuring welcome packs, certificates, marketing literature and any reports are provided in a timely manner.

You’ll soon become a super user of Prosure360, understanding the difference between client configurations, enabling you to be the very best in your role. Using this knowledge, you’ll easily navigate clients through the buying decision making process, ensuring they have the best possible offering for their requirements. This extends out to pro-active marketing to the Clients supply chain too! You’ll be responsible for supporting clients using our products and services, ensuring that their user and supply chain experience is best in class.

There’ll be opportunities for you to get stuck into a variety of other responsibilities too. You will be responsible for maintaining the client information database, as well as producing and sending invoices to clients and raising credits when authorised by the leadership team. You’ll also become an active voice on our social media channels, promoting contractors and suppliers who have successfully our accreditations.

About You
We want to fill this role with a self-motivated individual who holds the ability to work on their own initiative and act decisively. Exceptional communication skills are a huge bonus in this role, especially a strong telephone manner. There’ll be a wide variety of responsibilities in this role, so organisation skills and attention to detail are essential to getting the most from this role.

We’re committed to giving our Clients first-class customer service, so we’d love for you to have the same passion towards customer Service that we do. We’ve continued to succeed in our field by doing good, honest business and strive to work with Integrity at all times; if you live by these values too, you’d thrive in this role!

Bonus points if you’ve previously worked in a Client Service role or have previous experience with corporate social media accounts
