Your opportunity
  • Provide successful end to end project management & delivery for a variety of Product initiatives such as launches, closures and restructures.
  • Work closely with the Product team to obtain a thorough understanding of requirements and be able to fully articulate to all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate solutions to initiatives that are outside of Janus Henderson’s standard operating model and be able to quantify impact to business processes and implementation timelines.
  • Provide strong effective communication and documentation (meeting minutes/ action logs/ tracking logs/ risks)
  • Be adaptable to work on product activity with a client implementation component when relevant

Must have skills

  • In-depth Product knowledge – OEICS, SICAVs, Hedge Funds etc.
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Organized, methodical and structured approach
  • Attention to detail, risk and controls
  • Very strong communicator with a variety of internal stakeholders – Product, Ops, Distribution, Investment personnel, clients, external providers etc.
  • Innovative and problem solving
  • Operational experience beneficial
  • Client servicing experience
  • Proactive and be driven to see things through to completion
  • Very hard working
  • Ability to facilitate conversations amongst a number of stakeholders and ensure key risks, issues and impact to timelines are clearly articulated
