Position:
The Client Executive will ensure clients receive the right level of more2 strategic, analytical and operational support. Success in the role depends on the client feeling the added value from more2 (specifically delivering on the agreed deliverables): whilst more2 benefits from achieving the client goals whilst effectively managing profitability. The role reports to Senior client management team lead and will work directly with Client Directors on all aspects of commercial and client objectives for more2.
Main responsibilities of the role are to create and update circulation plans (direct mail and email) including selection and testing recommendations based on both historical analysis and current customer behaviour. You will be required to set the communication strategy and circulation plans for clients and implement appropriate tactical activities to support them (with input and sign off from the Client Director). You will also be responsible for keeping Client workflow schedules up to date and accurate at all times.
The Client Executive team is responsible for the development of the monthly agenda, meeting plan, and monthly presentation. This will include the review of customer centric reporting to determine which should be the key areas of focus to present, review and provide recommendations for. You will also need to present within client meetings with the support of Client Directors, so confidence and clear communication is key to this position!
Requirements:
As a Client Executive at more2 you will be expected to be highly organized, a genuine multi-tasker & have experience with working under pressure. Be comfortable managing on-going projects with the ability to prioritise and forward-plan workload.
We require team players with strong influencing and negotiation skills and clear communicators who can explain complex ideas in simple terms and react quickly to client queries.
You will also need to be fluent with all Microsoft Office programmes, in particular proficient use of excel and powerpoint.
