- Create a luxurious experience for all clients by welcoming and asking relevant questions to correctly establish needs and preferences before presenting products, regardless of the reason of visit
- Engage with clients and then offer relevant pieces from the W&FJ Collections
- Put into practice cross-selling and up-selling
- Process sales through the till by ensuring the guarantee of payment whilst adhering to procedures and enter all sales in to the Boutique’s information system (CBR)
- Capture client contact information where appropriate and ensure existing client data is up-to-date
- Input and edit invoices and exportation documents given to clients
- Successfully handle difficult situations i.e. discount requests & unsuccessful sales
- Collect client information and create a client portfolio in order to develop relationships & network
- Pursue an effective commercial approach aiming to develop clientele: creating loyalty, increasing annual turnover and presenting higher value pieces to clients
- Recruit new clients & High Jewellery clients as well as local and international clients
- Strengthen brand loyalty by personalising client follow-ups
- Ensure that all After Sales service clients receive the same welcome as all other clients
- Confirm receipt of pieces entrusted
- If necessary, carry out any changes on pieces (resizing, changing of strap, etc.)
- Transfer requests to the After Sales service team or to the person in charge of After Sales Servicing
- Contact clients to inform them of costs
- Monitor pieces received from the atelier, confirm that the time-frame has been respected; if not, inform clients
- Adhere to security procedures
- inform management and/or security team of any security issues
- Understand and respect the till procedure in place
- Check exchange rates of currency on a daily basis
- Acknowledge receipt of stock deliveries
- Participate in weekly stock takes
- Ensure that all stock is organised correctly with care
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Luxury retail experience
- A client book will be preferable
- A strong seller with a proven background in sales
- Commercially aware
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to handle challenging clients
- Proactive mindset
- Ability to serve VIP clients
