Administration Clerk
Weybridge
UPS Supply Chain Solutions manages every aspect of global supply chains, including logistics, distribution and transportation. Responsible for handling collection requests from our global clients, our Weybridge (Surrey), depot is hive of activity. But you’ll take that in your stride because Future You thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere. Ready to help us provide brilliant customer service as our Administration Clerk? The hours for the role are 3:00pm – 8:00pm, Monday to Friday.

What you’ll do:
- Process collection requests and make bookings appropriate for our clients’ brands
- Provide customers with initial collection and delivery information
- Keep customers updated daily on collections and deliveries – which will involve liaising with our internal traffic department
- Log and investigate customer queries, making sure they’re resolved as quickly as possible
What you’ll need:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook is particularly important
- A highly organised approach that allows you to multi-task – paying close attention to detail without compromising on quality
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- A flexible attitude
