About The Role As a Real Time Analyst you will be working in a fast paced and rewarding role, ensuring that resources arrive at the right destination at the right time to carry out nursing activity in patients' homes. You will be responsible for the day to day re-active changes on the Workforce Management System due to visit expectations and incidents. This includes the planning of nurse rota's, booking in nurse visits and continually reviewing the execution and amendments required for operational plans. You will be handling day to day challenges revolving around busy operation rooms and most importantly you will involved with planning, forecasting and solution finding to ensure nurses arrive on time as scheduled. You will also ensure that resource is allocated efficiently minimising travel and the use of bank staff. Why LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare? You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to absorb data from various resources to solve problems and ensure it is managed correctly. It is essential that you have the ability to to make logistical decisions and are able to deal with challenging situations under tight time pressures. You’ll also need to be able to work to tight deadlines, strive to meet targets and have a strong eye on attention to detail. This role offers great developmental opportunities and will be based remotely.
