We’re looking for a Clerk of Works to join our Design and Business Services business, based out of our Offices in Maple Cross, Rickmansworth. Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to exciting major projects, progression opportunities, support in obtaining further qualifications and even more.

Contract: Permanent, full-time
Responsibilities
As a Clerk of Works you’ll be working within our Design & Business Services Business, producing high quality, comprehensive reports, to enable our projects to be completed within the allocated parameters.
Your day to day will include:
- Inspection and reporting of Contractor’s performance.
- Ensuring compliance with all contract documentation.
- Preparing and presenting detailed reports
- Participating in the detailed design process and the co-ordination of design information.
- Contribute to design risk assessments.
What are we looking for?
This Clerk of Works role is great for you if you have:
- Sound technical background.
- Understanding and preferably experience of NBS and NBS Chorus.
- Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts including full service and Design and Build.
- Able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of building construction with an ability to analyse work by designer’s and give guidance on best practice, whilst showing a great awareness of the impact on other disciplines’.
