Job description
A permanent part-time vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work within the AHP Children’s Services Speech and Language Therapy Team. The post holder will support the administration team and is based in the department located in Falkirk Community Hospital.
You will have experience of working within a busy office environment and have good word processing skills, knowledge of Microsoft packages and data base systems.
Experience of using MORSE or other patient administration system would be an advantage. You will have a flexible approach to work with the ability to organise workload to meet the demands of the service along with excellent interpersonal skills as the post involves dealing with telephone enquiries from a wide range of people including patients.
Hours of work will be 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
