A vacancy has arisen for a Hands on Cleaning Team Leader within Clean Rooms, the role is based at IRIS’s Facilities Management operations in Billingham.
Duties include; Leading the cleaning teams to highest possible standards, performing inspections of facilities, Perform cleanroom cleaning tasks, waste disposal, consumables replenishment also proactively check all facilities during works, must have IT competence and leadership experience.
Must be a proactive Team member ensuring Adhoc Client requested tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner, maintaining good customer communications whilst conducting tasks.
Skill Requirements
· Work in an organized manner, problem solving within the scope of the position.
· Supervise, encourage and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments to meet organisational timelines.
· Effective use Microsoft Software, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
working and average 40 Hrs on 4 on 4 off basics
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.90 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift

- Billingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
