Job description
We are currently looking for an experienced cleaner to join our team to provide a quality cleaning service for our client in Oughterside.
Term time 39 weeks plus some deep cleaning during the Holidays.
You will be responsible for cleaning to a high standard and your duties will include:
- Cleaning furniture and fixings
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets countertops, and sinks
- Cleaning and sanitising small kitchen areas
- Sweeping/vacuuming and mopping floors
- Keeping washrooms stocked with toiletries and other supplies
- Emptying bins receptacles and disposing of waste
- Sanitising touch points
- Tidying immediate areas close to entrances
About You
Previous experience in the cleaning industry is required although additional training will be available. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to perform well within a team in order to deliver an excellent service for our Client. You should also show trustworthiness and reliability and be able to work as part of a team and alone without supervision.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.

Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
