Location: New College Pontefract
Salary: Band C of the NCLT Support Staff Scale (£20,415 fte, pro rata). Depending on experience. Actual salary £6,743 A recruitment and retention allowance may be offered for an outstanding candidate
Contract Type: 13.75 hours per week, 3.45pm – 6.30pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and 2.45pm-5.30pm on a Tuesday – please note that hours can vary slightly each academic year Term time, plus two weeks (two additional weeks to be agreed)

We are looking to appoint a Cleaning Assistant to provide a high standard of cleaning service to the College, according to the cleaning specification provided. Working as part of our broader Estates Team, you will be key to ensuring the Pontefract site is clean, tidy and safe at all times. Able to work both independently and as part of a team, the successful candidate should have the physical ability to cope with the requirements of the job and a customer care approach to their work.
