Cleaning Area Manager London, England
Job description
Our company is looking for a talented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to fill the position of Area Manager. The ideal candidate will have a 'big picture' kind of mindset and be able to oversee a group of building in Central London. Key responsibilities include developing area supervisors, creating a methodology to track and evaluate their performance, and to oversee site performance and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the business is operating well, with high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Be customer-oriented; Excellent, communication skills are paramount.
- Manage quality and operations in a group of sites in central London.
- Know the organisation's policies and standards and work in accordance with them.
- Be a good people manager; be customer focused; effectively work with and lead people on a daily basis; and be able to manage the team to achieve company aims and goals.
- A current DBS check / OR ability to get a DBS check
- Must have an excellent eye for detail
- Be able to work well under pressure
Fluent written and verbal English language skills essential. Other additional languages an advantage.
