• Monthly working hours may vary accordingly to the number of tests taking place at any given day, on an average, 30+ hours per month, probably more.
• Should attend for a minimum of 2+ hours on every occasion.
• It would be preferable if you have prior experience or currently working in the cleaning business and willing to take some extra hours.
• The work is to be done outside of normal business working hours, after the exams finishes, we can accommodate the your availability (starting at any suitable time), or in the mornings, before 7.00 am.
• Availability for working occasionally on weekends. (Saturdays).
• A monthly rota will be provided for the cleaner to attend accordingly to the cleaning needs.
• A zero-hour contract preferable.
• Reliability, proactive, attention to detail.
• Someone who take ownership of the building cleaning would be a must.

• Cleaning the windows (fortnightly).
• Vacuum the floors.
• Cleaning toilets (extremely important).
• Cleaning desks.
• Cleaning kitchen area.
• Cleaning any whiteboards.
• Empty the bins.
• Cleaning computer screens, mouses and keyboards.
• Any other appropriate task as required.
