HR Administrator – 1 year Fixed Term Contract


We are looking for an HR Administrator to contribute towards the efficient running of the busy HR Team in the UK and Ireland. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by supporting on multiple projects at once, from onboarding new employees to supporting employee relations cases. You must have a high degree of professionalism and discretion and must know how to represent both the company policies and the needs of the employees. You will collaborate with colleagues, to share, build together and meet our goals.


Day to day responsibilities will include:

Entering employment data into the company database
Organising meetings and taking minutes
Assisting with the recruitment process
Answering any employee enquiries
Updating employee holiday and sickness records

Assist in payroll processing

To help meet our goals of becoming CO2 neutral by 2025, we travel only if we must. In this role, you will be required to travel up to 5%

This is a homebased job role. Individuals will require a suitable work space which must be in line with HSE regulations, and an adequate internet connection speed to be able to work remotely.
