Job description
We need two enthusiastic and reliable cleaners for a part-time role.
The role will involve cleaning our House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) properties at least once per month to clean the communal areas of these properties.
We require someone that is trustworthy as tenants are occupying these properties that need to be cleaned.
Most of our properties are in Central London, with a couple in Zone 2-6. However, travel costs will be reimbursed.
We also have properties that are on Airbnb which you may need to attend. These properties will require the highest standard of cleaning in order to impress and keep the guests happy.
The role will include but not limited to:
- Cleaning HMO properties at least once a month
- Cleaning bedrooms when a tenant moves out
- Cleaning Airbnb properties before new guests arrive
- Travelling from one property to another
- Before every job, take a video recording of the property, and a video of the property after the cleaning is completed
- To report any maintenance issues found when cleaning a property
- To collect letters and drop them off to the office after every visit to a property.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £12.00 per hour
