£ 20,812 per annum (Pro rata) £10.79PH. The Corporate property/Facilities cleaning section is looking to recruit a reliable and flexible person to add to its wider cleaning team. This post will be based at Clyne flats in Sketty, start time TBC but will be mornings Monday to Friday a total of 25.5 hours a week. You will be expected to clean all public areas of all blocks, also as part of the role you will need to rotate full wheelie bins for empty ones a couple of times a week (more info on interview).

The above position would run along with the advertised position of Sketty district housing office and both posts would be a key holder.
As part of the facilities cleaning team, you will be expected to maintain all areas of the site to the high standards already in place using appropriate materials and equipment.
