WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Responsible for basic computer setup and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams
- Some basic knowledge of networking, including Wi-Fi, is plus.
- Set up computers for new hires and other employees and help them with basic tasks such as setting up printers, and software
- Help users with Android and iPhone setup and troubleshooting.
- Occasionally running data cables, such as Cat6.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Basic Windows administration
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new software, and Hardware
Working Conditions and Environment:
- Overtime, if required by work
- Professional office etiquette is required at all times
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards • Authorization to work in the U.S
- Physical requirement: Sitting, stooping, bending, visual acuity, finger dexterity, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
