An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join the Operations Team at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Cleaner. This is an excellent role for someone who is energetic, task focused, with the ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the environment.
Key tasks/responsibilities involve cleaning and checking all areas as instructed by Cleaning Supervisors and/or Cleaning Manager. A typical working day would include cleaning, polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, washing (floors and surfaces) throughout the Norwich City Football Club Stadium internally and externally. Areas of work include but are not limited to; players areas, dressing rooms, corridors, match officials’ room, hospitality areas, offices, reception, stadium stands and perimeter track, and general external area.
The role requires the successful applicant to work 28 hours per week any 5 days out of 7 days, this includes matchdays and other events, functions and Christmas parties. On occasions there may be a requirement to work a split shifts this would be planned in advance.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a cleaner and a good understanding of COSHH. A clean driver’s licence is an advantage but not essential as on occasions you maybe asked to work at the Lotus Training Centre.
