Job description
We are looking for honest, reliable, and hard-working cleaner.
In addition to general housekeeping duties, we rely on our cleaner to be our eyes and ears in each unit, anticipating and reporting potential issues.
The role will be to clean communal areas and internal flat cleans on request. This involves observing health and safety protocols and maintaining professional conduct and manner at all times.
Instructions for the day will be distributed on a weekly basis.
The role includes but not limited to:
· To clean all communal areas
· Sparkle clean vacant flats
· End of tenancy cleans
· Pre move in cleans
· AirBnb in and out cleans
· Taking items as instructed to the launderette as required
· To change bedding and present flats for viewings
· Reporting any defects in the flat
· Working closely with the team prior to tenancy occupations
· Act with Integrity and adhere to company and professional guidelines
· Uniform must be worn at all times during working hours
· Any other tasks as required with the role
The role is based at: Hamlet Gardens
Shift: 8h on a rota basis
Weekends one on one off
Uniform to be provided
Mobile phone will be provided
