Job description

We have numerous roles in our clients new building which will cover a variety of shift patterns from AM,PM to late shifts up to 7 days a week ,to ensure the standards of cleaning in this new state of the art building at a premium level.

Job Purpose & Context:

The purpose of this role is to help ISS become the world’s greatest service organisation by providing excellent service performance through high standards of cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Management:

Ø Highlight any facilities-related issues to line management and/or service desk, ensuring the customer’s work environment and experience is always at the forefront of our daily activity

Ø Ensure that service levels are being met or exceeded.

Ø Share stories of good safety behaviour with your Line Manager

Ø Use all equipment correctly and safely at all times in accordance with training received

Ø Fully understand Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH

Ø Report any accidents, near hits and cases of ill health to the Line Manager

Ø Assist the company during investigations of accidents and safety related incidents

Ø Notify line management of safety training needs

Ø Assist the business in improving safety systems and performance through co-operation and communication

Ø Observe clients and ISS safety rules at all times and promote good safety habits

Client Rapport:

Ø Pro-actively look for ways to delight the client

Ø Be aware of how you can impact the customers work journey by understanding the key touchpoints in a building

Ø Read the customers signals; know the customer and understand when to engage

Ø Communicate with the customer; project a positive image, listen and check their satisfaction

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Qualifications:

Ø Good standard of general education

Ø A good level of spoken English and an ability to read English at a basic level

Experience:

Ø Previous cleaning and or housekeeping experience essential

Ø Ability to work under pressure

Ø Effective personal time management essential and good organizational skills
