YOUR MISSION:
As a Claims handler at Getsafe, you are the knowledge base for our company in all claims related matters.
- You are able to handle claims and especially large losses on home insurance and buildings insurance in a professional way
- You are familiar on handling special tasks such as complaints and are able to make decisions on your own in the best interest of our customer and Getsafe
- Leading the way on quality assurance and auditing claims
- You bring your own ideas for the strategic development of the claims operation and shape the future handling claims at Getsafe
YOU ARE THAT:
- You have completed training or studies in the field of insurance / claims
- You enjoy innovative digital claim structures and would like to rethink insurance claims with us
- You have knowledge and experience in providing comprehensive advice on claims, ideally in home and buildings insurance
- You are strong in communication and solving problems with our partners and customers
- You speak fluent English
