Job description

We're hiring a Server to join our busy restaurant. We're looking for an individual with excellent people skills and a passion for customer service, and someone who is able to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will work closely with the Restaurant Management staff to ensure that all customers receive an excellent dining experience and will be required to respond well to any complaints or issues brought forward by customers.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure that the customer order is prepared as requested and delivered to the table.
• Handle cash and credit card payments for meals and drinks.
• Conform to standard restaurant safety protocols.
• Be able to explain menu items to customers and provide recommendations.
• Know how to obtain repeat business from customers, train and supervise new servers.
• Be helpful and courteous with customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
