Business Development Coordinator, Open Executive Education
Due to continued growth in Henley Business School’s Executive Education Open Programmes, we have an opportunity for an accomplished or high-potential Business Development Coordinator to join our team.
Henley’s open programmes develop capabilities in leadership, management, strategic planning, organisational change and executive coaching. They are the go-to choice for those looking to make an impact in their organisation, from high-potential managers to board-room executives. You will join a dynamic business development team that is accountable for the achievement of agreed programme sales, revenue, and margin targets.
As Business Development Co-ordinator you will support the development of pipeline and the recruitment of participants across the portfolio of Open Enrolment Executive Education programmes. You will support the conversion of leads to business, through excellent client relationship management and first-class organisational and administrative skills, to achieve annual departmental cohort and revenue targets for a range of programmes.
Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, you will support a team of Business Development Managers and work closely with academic and professional services colleagues.
You will have relevant previous experience, a positive attitude, a team-orientated approach and a skill set that includes:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills
- Strong customer service skills and commercial awareness
- Good professional written and spoken communication
- Effective team-working and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the business.
