Job description
This is a new role in addition to one we filled earlier, so if you applied before you do not need to apply again.
It will be based at our Devizes hospice and will provide administrative support to our nurses and other care staff.
The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with a good standard of English and numeracy, and be used to working to deadlines with a high level of accuracy. You will have experience of working extensively with databases, compiling rotas, maintaining accurate records and diary management.
You will have a confident, proactive approach and the ability to prioritise and multi-task, with frequent interruptions. Above all you will have a high standard of discretion and a clear understanding of respect and confidentiality as you will be working closely with our families.
A full driving licence and use of car for business purposes are also required and proof that you are fully vaccinated for Covid.
