Job description
Hanley farm shop café is a family run business that values its place in the local community and takes pride in serving excellent quality, locally sourced food and providing an outstanding welcome & service to our customers. We are looking for a café assistant to join our busy team.
We are a small friendly team, with independent owners who are committed to remaining open throughout the cost-of-living crisis and we are looking to recruit new permanent staff for the business to achieve this and manage the increasing number of daily customers.
All shifts are daytime hours this does include every other weekend.
As all the hours are between 8:30am and 5pm it makes for a great work- life balance especially for hospitality work. Great food and a great team to work with in the kitchen and front of house. Extra hours are available to cover holidays and sickness.
We are looking for a new part time member of staff to join our team. We are looking for a team member who takes extreme pride in their work, and maintains high standards of service and customer care at all times previous café experience is not necessary but it is preferred.
The role is for 39.5 hours over a two week rota (19.75 hours per week), this does include every other weekend, more hours could be available for the right candidate. Extra shifts are available to pick up to cover holidays ect.
