Job description
Honeybuns has a wonderful opportunity to join our small and friendly team at our well-established family run gluten free bakery in Holwell, near Sherborne, We are continuing to expand our team and are looking for a new team member to work within our production areas.
The position is permanent and full-time, working 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday and also 7am to 1pm Saturdays on a rota basis (usually 2 Saturdays per month).
Full training will be provided for the right applicant however the ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
· Good communication skills
· A quick learner
· High hygiene standards
· Health and safety knowledge
· Allergen knowledge
· Good time management and reliable
· A conscientious, positive and friendly disposition
· Good hand-eye co-ordination
· Able to follow instructions
· A flexible worker who is willing to share additional responsibilities across the company as and when the work may require.
· Flexibility with regards to working hours
This job is manual and you must be able to lift 25kg, undertake physical repetitive tasks and stand on your feet for the duration of the shift.
Although we are seeking someone with a willingness to work in both the bakery and packing when required, there is the potential to base the successful candidate in either area depending on personal preference.
Please note that due to our rural location there is no public transport so the use of your own vehicle is recommended. Parking is available on site.
