Job description
Hawk Construction and Utilities require – Civils and reinstatement personnel preferably with experience of the Openreach, PIA underground network , being experienced in all aspects of the civil and reinstatement works required to maintain and grow the network. Must be able to work and travel daily from works depot based in Rocester near Uttoxeter
Desirable qualifications
- BT Openreach accreditations SA002 / Safe Working In Civils SA006
- Knowledge of the Openreach PIA network
- Modular and concrete box building
- NRSWA Operative ticket (Streetworks)
- NOPS Smart Awards card
- 360 Excavator ticket and experience
- First aid qualification
- Site Health and Safety qualification and experience
- Full driving license, preferably including towing
- Strong teamwork ethic and a willingness to learn
Experience You’ll Need...
- Civils Avoidance
- Ability to use a tablet to read and record site data; e.g. photograph as-built and up load to tablets
- Ensuring health and safety is paramount at all times and PPE is appropriate for each task
- Completing risk assessments prior to any works commencing on site
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations, including appropriate use of SLG, PPE and other tools and equipment, as well as maintaining a safe works site at all times

Salary: £100.00-£200.00 per day
