Outpatient Receptionist
Block A Outpatient Department, Clerkseat Building, Royal Cornhill Hospital
Mental Health and Learning Disability Service
Full Time – (37.5 hours per week)
Monday – Friday 08:30am – 16:30pm
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with previous Receptionist experience, or similar Admin/Clerical Support, to provide an efficient and comprehensive service delivery to outpatient across the Mental Health and Learning Disability services. This post will be based at Block A Outpatient Department at Royal Cornhill Hospital.
The successful candidate will have excellent communications and interpersonal skills as well as being able to accurately record information. An ability to use office equipment e.g. computer, emails and the ability to deal with the demands of a busy reception are essential. Excellent communications skills, confidentiality and a sensitive approach to dealing with clients are also essential for this post.
This is an ideal post for candidates looking to start a carer within the NHS, gain experience working in a heath care environment or develop skills working in an admin and clerical setting. Candidates should educated to a good standard in English and Mathematics.
