About the role
We are looking to recruit an Assistant Surveyor to join our Asset Team on a permanent basis.
The main purpose of the role is to assist the surveyors and specialists with the implementation and management of major repairs and property improvements.
Knowledge and some experience of property surveying and construction is required, either through qualifications or experience. On-the-job training will be provided, and you will gain experience in a wide range of housing maintenance & improvement programmes.
To be successful you will be a clear communicator, able to prioritise your own workload and meet deadlines whilst working with minimal supervision. You will have a high degree of accuracy and the ability to analyse data, compiling management reports as required. Good IT skills are essential. A full driving licence with use of a vehicle is essential.
