We are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join us from October onwards on a fixed term contract. You will be based in our Customer Support Centre in our Nottingham Support Office, where you will be working as part of our inbound Customer Service team, delivering excellent care through every customer and store colleague interaction.
About the role
You will be handling inbound calls from our customers and store colleagues, where you will need to actively listen, understand, and support them with any queries, from receipt right through to resolution. This could be helping them with anything from; Boots.com, Advantage Card and Healthcare services queries.
In role you’ll be supported by our training team and mentors, to ensure you have all of the knowledge and skills required.
We are looking for people who can work between 25 - 37.5 hours per week and have full flexibility over our operating hours. Our operating hours are 8.30am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 8.45am - 5pm Saturday & Sunday. On bank holidays we are open 9.00am - 4.00pm.
Once you have completed 6 weeks of training, we can potentially consider a flexible, hybrid working approach, which includes a balanced mix of home and office-based working.

- Strong computer knowledge

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & multi-task effectively
- Problem solving skills

- Salesforce knowledge
- Contact centre experience
