Surgical Patient Coordinator - Full Time - Salary £35k - £47k (DOE)

We are expanding our operations and we are currently looking for a Surgical Patient Coordinator to join our team in Cannon St Clinic!

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the sales focused role within a target driven medical environment. Good knowledge and understanding of minor surgical procedures and patient journey is essential - familiarity with aesthetic procedures is a bonus!
Duties:
- Manage incoming leads
- Supporting in scheduling initial and follow up appointments for patients
- Creating bespoke treatment plans for clients
- Delivering consultations to new and existing clients
- Working with clinic team and surgeons to achieve set targets and objectives
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and timely in accordance with CQC guidelines
- Respond to patient enquiries in a timely manner
- Work towards achieving set sales and conversion related monthly KPIs
- Recording and addressing patient feedback
- Maintain accurate financial records and be able to delivery weekly/monthly sales reports
- Work closely with marketing team on monthly offers
- Providing support to the Directors with ad hoc duties as required
