About the role
We’re searching for a Homeownership Sales Consultant to join our friendly and hard-working team at A2Dominion.
Key responsibilities:
· Receive, process, record and assess Intention To Sell forms and associated documentation.
· Forward New Instruction information to external agents and respond to any subsequent queries.
· Ensure marketing material from external agents is accurate and compliant.
· Manage the internal and external advertising of shared ownership resales properties.
· Process Memorandum of Sales from external agents.
· Manage the Resales Inbox and allocate emails to the appropriate team member.
· Issue “Out Of Nomination” letters and “Guide for Estate Agents”.
· Raise Purchase Orders.
· Manage the customer journey and deliver service excellence
· Build strong external relationships with internal and external partners.
· Create clear, concise and factual performance reports with all relevant data.
· Ensure all processes are completed within statutory requirements.
· Prepare notices and legal documents pertaining to transactions.
· Take ownership of telephone and email enquiries
More about you:
For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following:
· Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)
· Good working understanding of the Shared Ownership market and processes.
· Knowledge of the Consumer Code, Anti Money Laundering
· Good understanding of the UK Low Cost Home Ownership market including leases, valuations and service charges
· Knowledge and understanding of legislation relating to Resales, Staircasing and Shared Ownership sales.
· Knowledge and understanding of affordability criteria for Shared Ownership Sales.
