The BookLife Publishing Foreign Rights Team is looking for a proactive, dynamic and commercially minded individual to develop new customers for our ever-growing list of children’s fiction and non-fiction. This exciting sales role offers the right candidate the option of hybrid/remote working alongside flexible working hours.
A motivated and professional salesperson, you will have great communication skills, work well as part of a team and feel confident selling to customers in person and via digital meetings. The ideal candidate will know how to maintain and build customer relationships and have the capability to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities. Excellent spelling and grammar skills are preferred and computer competency is required.
Experience in the publishing sector would be advantageous and this role could be worked over a shorter working week based on experience and expertise. You will need to be organised, flexible and happy to travel and represent the business at International book fairs.
