MARKETING MANAGER

Our client is a leading agriculture business who have an exceptional reputation in their field across the UK and Northern Ireland.

WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:

Salary on offer is between £35k and £45k DOE
Hybrid working after probation / training period
Monday to Friday working hours of 8:30am to 5pm

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR APPLICATION:

Previous experience as a B2B Marketing Manager or in a Senior Marketing Executive role is essential.
A recognised qualification in marketing is desirable.
Experience of managing multiple marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
Able to use analytical systems to analyse performance.
A positive leader with a can-do attitude is essential.
Full UK driver’s license is required as there may be occasional travel.
Experience within agriculture is highly desireable but not essential.

A SNAPSHOT OF THE MARKETING MANAGER’S DAY:

The Marketing Manager will be focussing on marketing strategies to attract new business, improving global communication, and developing the brand.

Leading a small team of executives on the successful delivery of all marketing campaigns
Lead of the development and planning of the marketing calendar to include promotions and trade events.
Working with different departments within the business to ensure marketing projects and prioritised.
Working with key stakeholders to ensure the marketing plan is on brand and created to brand guidelines.
Monitor and analyse the success of all marketing campaigns.
Be an industry expert by market research, competitor research and staying up to date with industry trends, emerging markets, and technologies.
With the team, creating marketing collateral for multiple channels including social media, email marketing, events, promotional material and more!
