Do you dream of being a solicitor, but are not sure that university is for you? We have another option.
At TLT, we have launched our six-year Legal Solicitor Apprenticeship programme which gives you the opportunity to work, study and earn as you become a solicitor. You will have our full support as you progress through the programme, growing in confidence and learning from our award-winning lawyers.
During the six-year programme, you will earn a law degree and gain your Solicitors Qualifying Examination qualifications, which will be fully funded by the firm, and receive a salary. Typically, you will work at TLT for four days a week and study for one day a week. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship (and passing all exams) you will be admitted to the roll of England and Wales and have the opportunity to continue your career with us, as a fully qualified Solicitor.
To help you explore whether this route is right for you, we are hosting open evenings which will give you more of an insight about TLT, the apprenticeship programme and offer the opportunity to meet lawyers and current apprentices on the scheme. We understand that this is a big decision to make and so we are also encouraging parents and caregivers to come along and meet us as well.
