We are looking to recruit a Team Manager, Child Protection Team within the Social Care Industry. Our client has a well-structured and organised team that are looking to grow their staffing levels. The role offers flexible working hours for working parents and has a supportive team culture with regular supervision on cases. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and supportive team within Middlesbrough Council. Main duties include: Hold a complex caseload Support new ASYE Social Workers Co-Working and Shadowing cases Completing Court Reports Attending LAC Reviews, Care Conferences and Child Protection Meetings Working with Public Law Outline (PLO) Section 47 Assessments Core Assessments To be successful: For this Team Manager, Child Protection Team you will need to have a HCPC Registration and educated to a Social Work Degree Level. You will also need to have the Eligibility to Work in the UK with previous experience within a similar role. The hiring manager requests that the applicant has relevant experience as a Senior Social Worker with supervision experience in a previous role.
