The Package:
- Chef Manager
- £35,000per annum

- Strictly Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime)

The Role:
- Chef Manager to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site
- Investment to create a modern and stylish operation catering for approx 1000 students.
- Chef Manager to manage and develop a dedicated kitchen team
- A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only with enhanced holiday
The Requirements:
- A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef with a high-volume education contract catering background.
- A genuine love for food
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
- Chef Manager experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
