IPPUDO London is looking for members to join the existing team.
This is a fast paced, high volume restaurant and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals with great people skills. A sense of professionalism and a keen eye for detail are required as we have high standards.
The team is young and excited to be creating something fresh in the heart of London. Everyone is very friendly and hard working with passion and drive. If you like the sound of this and believe you can bring a positive energy to the team

– Japanese language is preferred but not essential. English however is.
– Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or at the least an interest and willingness to learn.
– Skills with a pair of chopsticks are desirable. If you cannot use them now it may be OK but learning to use them will be essential to the job.
– Preferably someone with experience in a kitchen i.e good knife skills etc. However we will accept applications from people with the right attitude and aptness.
– Very flexible shifts both lunch and dinner, weekdays and weekends.
