Job description

Desborough Hotel , is a 76 bedroomed hotel ideally located in the affluent market town of Weybridge with a large function suite, restaurant and bar ideally located in the centre of Weybridge.

We are looking for a CDP to join our friendly and dynamic team.

You have to:

• Be strong passion for the kitchen, food and working in a team.
• Have a great attitude with a willingness to learn and the hunger to develop their skills.
• Have the ability to work well under pressure.
• Be able to work on your own and as part of a team

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in compliance with H&S regulations
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
• Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
