Job description
Our client is seeking Chef De Parties to work on behalf of their luxury pop up hotel in Glastonbury from 20th June to 26th June. The hotel is an exclusive and exciting destination for music lovers and festival-goers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the head chef with food preparation and cooking for the hotel restaurant.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work either from 0600 - 1800 or 1200 - 2300.
