Bank Personal Care Assistant Required in Church Lawton, ST7
£10.42 per hour
PLEASE NOTE – This is a bank position to cover existing PA’s Annual Leave/Sickness.
Due to the nature of the role, you MUST be a driver and have a car available with business insurance to use
Purpose of the job
I am an older lady who has become housebound following a stroke. I live with my family who provide me support where required. However, I am looking a personal assistant to support me with daily care tasks. Required to support with all transfers as I have limited mobility. The personal assistant will be required to work alongside current personal assistants/family members for the stated care calls to ensure that all my needs are met on a daily basis.
I am currently undergoing an exercise programme which will enable me to increase my mobility further which will also be a part of the Personal Assistants role.
Hours and Pay rate
This position is a bank opportunity to cover annual leave and sickness and starts 27th February for 1 month Saturday / Sunday and potential to cover maternity leave from June/July Monday – Friday.
£10.42 per hout
45 min call at 7.00am X Saturday / Sunday
30 min call at 11.30am X Saturday / Sunday
30 min call at 3.30pm X Saturday / Sunday
30 min call at 6.30 X Saturday / Sunday
Main Duties
To meet my holistic needs which includes:
- Washing
- Showering
- Dressing
- Meal Preparation
- Support with activities to aid cognitive development
- To assist with daily exercise routines.
- Physio and cognitive development may be required, training will be provided
