The Peninsula London is excited to announce we are seeking a Chef de Partie for our colleague restaurant. This role will work within a team to deliver a nutritious and quality menu within this restaurant. The position will also involve food ordering, menu delivery, and assisting the sous chef with the overall running of service.

Key Accountabilities
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional quality of food served within the menu guidelines.
- Carrying out position with a passion for quality food with nutritional value for our colleagues.
- Hands-on leadership of a motivated team and assisting the Sous chef with service and overall running of the kitchen.
- Working with other stakeholders such as Back of House, Procurement team, and others to ensure food orders from key quality suppliers and checking that all deliveries received are of the right quality and standard.
- Ensuring health and hygiene procedures alongside health and safety requirements are met.
General requirements
- Experience managing a team within a kitchen brigade is essential.
- Previous culinary qualifications and extensive technical knowledge are required.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
- Flexibility and capability of working under pressure.
