We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within the Kitchen brigade as a Chef de Partie to assist Sous Chefs in the preparation and service of food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times and to ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the Hotel. RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The successful candidate will be committed to be fully conversant with all Restaurant, Bar and Room Service menus with regards to the particular items relating to your designated area. As a Chef de Partie, responsibilities also include: To be responsible for the production of food within your designated section Ensuring that good preparation is of the highest standard at all times.
