Our team is professional, creative, and supportive and we have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, professional Virtual Assistant with great communication skills to help support our leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administrative assistance and the ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks at once.
The successful individual will enjoy working remotely, taking the initiative to find solutions to company challenges, and working collaboratively with fellow team members.
Responsibilities to support with include:
· Admin - online data entry/management - Excel, monday.cometc
· Personal support with domestic admin
· Online research, and purchasing of best services and products
· negotiating optimal time and cost
· Email and calendar management, booking meetings
· Booking calls, carrying out screening calls and arranging follow up calls
· Carefully managing and minimising costs
· Emailing/pitching for new business leads
· Reading contracts/agreements
Essential requirements
- Experience working in an Administration role
- Google docs, Word, Excel, Spreadsheets, Google hangout, Zoom, Paypal, Stripe Bank Payments, online research, workflow or project management tools
- Excellent communication skills to be reliable and respond quickly during the work hours given
- Online data entry/management skills
· Strong pitching or sales skills for leads
· Data entry/management, email management, booking meetings, calls
Desirable skills
· Monday.com
· CHAT GPT3 or any new AI tools that promote faster workflow
· DocuSign
