Job description

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team in a busy seasonal restaurant by the sea in Woolacombe, North Devon.

The suitable candidate will have extensive knowledge of cooking in volume in all sections of the kitchen along with working in a team and under pressure.

Responsibilities are but not limited to;

Running the kitchen smoothly in the head chef’s absence.
Assist the head chef with food ordering and storage of deliveries
Maintenance food hygiene standards and records
Ensure consistency and continuity which is set to highest standards.

You will also receive a share of the tips.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £12.00 per hour
