As a Chef De Partie you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you’ll be doing to support the Head Chef and keep things running like clockwork. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll be passionate about your working area and responsibilities, and thrive under pressure whilst working alongside a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations.

Leonardo Hotel Newcastle Gateshead Quays offers an excellent city centre location and offers beautiful views overlooking the waterside. The hotel is close to the beautiful Millennium Bridge and the plethora of restaurants and bars that form Newcastle's vibrant nightlife. With easy access to transport links like Newcastle Central Station and the popular Sage Gateshead venue, the hotel is ideally located to explore all the city has to offer. Our 203 comfortable bedrooms are furnished with our guests in mind and all feature large soft beds, spacious bathrooms with complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, a flat screen TV with Freeview, and Free Wi-Fi.
