WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- People Development is your passion for more than 3 years and you can prove experience in planning, implementing and reviewing development programmes at all levels
- You are experienced in driving projects and make them work. With your structured approach, you ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- You nurture long-lasting relationships and have a strong acumen when it comes to stakeholder management
- You are a creator of change and question the way of doing things, see the big picture and present unexpected solutions
- You have excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills with a high level of fluency in English to thrive in an international environment
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management: You act as an interface between Tradebyte and Zalando and be their counterpart to drive implementation of our new HCM system (Workday) within our legal entities, and adherence to associated policies, processes, and standards
- Stakeholder Management: Design and deliver key communications to your stakeholder while driving the implementation and ensure all stakeholders a onboarded and trained appropriate with support of Zalando
- Leadership Development: Shaping our development solutions for leadership and management development (e.g.designing and delivering training, developing and facilitating team building sessions), to meet the varied needs of the business.
- Talent Management: Design and deliver strategic talent initiatives aligned to our strategy to engage our talents (e.g. succession planning, Talent Review Rounds, Job Rotation)
- Retention Management: Shape and drive project and initiatives to increase employee retention such as our employee engagement survey
