We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our main kitchen team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel. Overview:An amazing opportunity to join Edwardian Hotels London as a Chef de Partie, this role comes with forward progression within Edwardian Hotels.As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for ensuring that the highest quality of food is prepared and served and assist in overall quality control across the kitchen.Support in the training and development of junior chefs within the team. Partner with the Front of House Team to ensure smooth food service to guests. About You:Be passionate about food and keen to learn and develop new cooking techniques.Hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate.Have current experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie within a fresh food led operation.Confidence to communicate with other chefs and build rapport amongst the team.
