We require a chef/cook for our 52 bedded care home , ElmcroftYou should be a qualified chef , preferably with experience of care homes and dietary requirements of the elderly and nursing residentsThe ability to plan and review menusPlan and keep within budget whilst providing a nutritious and well balanced dietYou must have knowledge of EHO and COSSH regulationsYou will need to involve residents in menu planning and meet with them regularlyReporting to the manager you will be part of a dedicated , caring teamJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £13.00-£13.25 per hourBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingSchedule:8 hour shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All staff are required to be vaccinated for Covid 19 Work Location: In person
