An exciting opportunity has opened to grow our team of chefs at The Dark Horse Mumbles. We are on the look out for Full Time and Part time Chefs to join our team. Yes you read that right, we are looking for Part Time Chefs!
The work will be varied as would be expected within a small team. You will be responsible for serving brunch / main meals & Tapas to a very high standard, all you have to do is check out our Instagram to see what we do.
Maintaining our five star food hygiene status is highly important to us as a team so you must have a good working knowledge of food hygiene and prep. Filling in of daily paper work as well as undertaking daily cleaning. The ultimate bonus is we employ a company to do our Deep Cleans.
Our kitchen is open from 8am - 9pm so 7am starts are a must but we don't like our team working more than 8hr / 9hrs in a day... no sir, This means no split shifts or silly work patterns, just straight shifts, 2 days off a week and even the odd weekend off.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast paced environment and in a timely and organised manner. Must be comfortable working independently and be a self-motivated individual and work as part of a team.
We will be open from Morning to Night, 7 days a week so various shift patterns are available.
